Every provider passes a Stripe Identity check before going live. ID + selfie verified against a government-issued document β no exceptions for high-risk trades.
License verification
Electricians, plumbers, HVAC techs, and 16 other licensed trades have their state license looked up against the Washington L&I database. The badge on a profile means we checked.
Flat subscription, no lead fees
One monthly subscription unlocks every booking, every estimate, every customer message. No pay-per-lead, no commission per job. The $2 customer service fee covers platform costs β that's it.
Two-sided blind reviews
Customer rates provider, provider rates customer β neither side sees the other's score until both submit or 72 hours pass. No retaliatory reviews, no review-bombing, no theatre.
Chargeback protection (opt-in)
Add 1% to a booking to insure against a customer chargeback. If the customer disputes the charge with their card issuer, we cover the loss instead of clawing it back from you.
