• The Job Board

  Customers post the work they need. You send your estimate.

  A customer writes up the job, adds photos and a budget, and posts it. If it is in one of your trades, it shows up in your open jobs: a yard that needs a landscaper before the graduation party, a car that needs an auto detailer before it goes up for sale.

  You send an estimate from your phone. The customer compares the estimates that come in and picks one, and the job runs like any other booking from there.

• Your storefront

  A profile with your services, your prices, and the work you're proud of.

  Your profile lists your services with prices, your service area, and your hours. Add photos and videos of finished work to your portfolio: a nail tech's fresh set, a flooring installer's finished kitchen.

  The videos you post also show up in the Explore feed, where customers browse by trade. When someone searches for what you do near them, that profile is what they see, and where they book.

• Booking and payments

  Customers book with a deposit. The rest is settled when the work is done.

  A customer picks a service, checks your availability, and books with a deposit that holds the appointment. You accept or decline every request; eLinked never assigns a job to you.

  Deposits are held securely through Stripe and release to you only after the job is done. If something goes wrong, disputes pause the payout while eLinked mediates.

• Add a team when you're ready

  Start on your own. Grow into a crew on the same app.

  When a caterer takes on a second pair of hands, the Starter plan lets you add up to two team members, each with their own work sign-in. You assign a job to a team member; they see their jobs, calendar and customer messages, never your pricing, and they can message customers and add job photos as your company.

  When the crew grows, the Professional plan adds the tools to run it:

  • Timecards on every job
  • Check-ins at job milestones
  • Timesheet approvals
  • A Team Manager who keeps jobs moving
  • Reassign a single visit on a repeat job

• Every provider is ID-checked

  Before anyone takes a booking, they pass an identity check. It costs nothing.

  Before a provider can be found in search or accept a booking, they pass an identity check with our verification partner: an ID and a selfie, checked against a government-issued document. Licensed trades show us their license too, whether that is a massage therapist, a locksmith or a roofer, and it is verified before the Licensed badge appears.

  Both checks are free for every provider. The badge means we checked, and customers see it before they book.
